中石化苗栗廠傳工安意外 檢修員遭煤炭掩埋亡
中石化苗栗頭份廠區今天(1日)發生工安意外，一名人氣產品排行榜檢修員在檢修煤炭輸送機時，遭輸送帶上的煤炭掩埋，經搶救脫困時已無生命跡象，送醫不治，事故原因仍待進一步調查。
苗栗縣消防局指出，下午1時45分接獲報案，位於頭份市的中石化廠區發生工人遭煤炭掩埋意外，立即派救護人車及器材車趕往救援，到場時，發現一名工人受困距離地面約15公尺的運送管道間內，遭煤炭掩埋。
消防局表示，據中石化廠區人員描述，因煤倉內的煤炭輸送機故障，30歲蕭姓檢修員在約15公尺高的運送管道間內檢修輸送帶時，不慎被輸送帶上的煤炭掩埋。
為協助傷者脫困，消防隊請廠區人員以乙炔切割機切開鋼板，並架設滑輪組，以籃式擔架將蕭男由高處送至地面，但當時已呈OHCA(到院前心肺功能停止)，隨即由救護車送往為恭醫院搶救，仍宣告不治。
事發後，中石化主管代表公司慰問家屬，允諾提供必要協助，同時啟動內部調查，希望釐清事發原因。（中央社）
擦撞賠償喬不攏 兩車駕駛超逗趣「猜拳3戰2勝」決定
另類解決糾紛的新方式，大陸一輛賓士車與計程車，29號下午發生擦撞，計程車右後側和賓士車左前方都有擦撞的痕跡，不過兩名車主不但沒有惡言相向，反而像是小朋友，悠哉的猜拳，決定賠償多少金額。

兩人大戰2回合都沒有結果，就在第3回合冠軍出爐了，計程車司機出布戰勝了譚姓車主的石頭，兩人都頓一下，檢查自己出的拳，譚姓車主也很乾脆，願賭服輸，爽快答應賠償金額。
整段影片也在網路瘋傳，笑翻不少網友，紛紛表示是，看過最和平的行車糾紛，兩個人不撞不相識，還互相留了連絡資料，一場意外圓滿落幕。
